The host defines the playlist and sets the rules. Guests influence the order of songs through votes, but they can only vote on tracks curated by the host. It's collaborative, but the host always maintains ultimate control.
Guests can request songs that aren't in the playlist, but hosts always decide whether to accept or reject those requests. Hosts can also completely disable song requests for total curation control.
Once a track plays, its votes automatically reset to zero and it moves to the bottom of the queue. A configurable cooldown period prevents the same song from being played again immediately, keeping the experience fresh and diverse.
